TRAMA support

How to contact TRAMA Cross Stitch, and answers to the most common questions.

Last updated:

1. Contact

Write to us at hola@tramastitch.com. We reply personally, usually within one or two working days.

TRAMA Cross Stitch is a service of Jorge Morales López, tax ID (NIF) 77535351M, with address at Calle Cristóbal Colón, 48, 1º A, 41710 Utrera (Seville), Spain.

If you write about a problem with the app, it helps a lot to tell us which device you use, the app version (Profile → About TRAMA) and the steps that make it happen.

2. Your account

  • I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?. You will receive a code by email to create a new one.
  • The confirmation email hasn’t arrived. Check your spam folder. From the confirmation screen you can ask us to send it again.
  • I want to delete my account. From the app, under Profile → Delete account, or as explained in Delete your account.

3. TRAMA Pro

  • Cancel or change plan. The subscription is managed by the store: in the app, Profile → TRAMA Pro → Manage subscription. On iPhone you can also use Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play.
  • I changed phone and I can’t see my subscription. Sign in with the same account and tap Profile → TRAMA Pro → Restore purchases.
  • Refunds. They are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play from your order history. The details are in the terms of use.

4. Importing patterns

TRAMA imports patterns in PDF, files from other cross-stitch programs, and images. If a file does not import properly, the app offers to send us a technical report so that we can improve it. That report describes how the file is built, never the pattern, and the file is not uploaded to our servers.

5. Community

  • Report content. Tap the flag on a project, comment, profile, Stitch-Along or post. We review every report as soon as possible.
  • Block someone. From their profile, or when you report something they published. To undo it: Profile → Blocked users.
  • The community rules are in section 9 of the terms of use.

6. Privacy

What data we process and how to exercise your rights: privacy policy.
